Audi Q5 e-tron drivetrain

The Audi Q5 e-tron uses the MEB platform with an 83.4 kWh NMC battery, offering up to 560 km CLTC range and a choice of rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.

The Audi Q5 e-tron is built on Volkswagen Group’s MEB platform, the same architecture underpinning the Audi Q4 e-tron, Skoda Enyaq, and Volkswagen ID.4/ID.6.

Two powertrain configurations are available:

The Q5 e-tron uses a proven MEB suspension setup:

Front: MacPherson strut with monotube dampers
Rear: Multi-link with monotube dampers
Ground clearance: 180 mm
Optional adaptive damping (electronically adjustable front and rear)

Towing

Max trailer weight (braked): 1,200 kg
Max trailer weight (unbraked): 750 kg
Max tow ball weight: 75 kg
